How To Reduce Email In Spam Folder

Keen to know about how to reduce email in spam folder so that your marketing emails that you sent out would not be landed in the spam folder? Wasting your hard earned effort?

I have been observing the types of emails landing up in my spam folder,and there are no clear sign of good consistency of what would end up in the spam folder.

I am concerned because Email Marketing is one of my key advertising channels that I am sending out weekly on average tens of thousands solo emailing and sending emails to my subscriber lists. I need to know seriously on how to reduce email in spam folder for sure...

If we can collectively gather our knowledge and wisdom to reduce our emails that will land up in the spam folder, that will be good.

1. Some solo emailing programs prohibit putting in of any referral links in the solo emailing messages and only allow 1 link in a special box.

Some said it depends very much on their bulk email infrastructure system;a high end system will be able to send emails through, a low end system will get emails end up in the spam folder.

Some List programs' mail always end up in my spam folder whereas some always get through.

2. Some strongly advise that you cloak all your referral links, as many of the affiliate program links are designated to be going to the spam folder by emailing service providers.

Will these reduce the fatality? I have seen many such emails with cloaked referral links also end up in my spam folder.

3. One of my approach In my Solo Email Marketing is to put in cloaked referral links in the email, and in my signature file, I will put in 5 cloaked referral links to other programs.

Or best is to reduce the no. of referral link in the email, may be to keep it to just one?

4. I have observed that many normal emails also end up in the spam folder. It is also strange that sometimes the same emails that come from certain senders sometimes they are in the spam folder, sometimes they get through to my in box.

5. I am using Aweber AutoResponder System, and they have a checker to let me know the spam level of each emails that I compose.If they exceed more than 5, it is likely that this email would end up in the spam folder.

6. I am active in the Ning Social Networks and a good feature that I can find is when you send out messages, they will check on your spam level and advise you to avoid certain spamming words.

These words are always needed to be avoided:
internet marketing,MLM,amazing,free,opportunity, Credit card,money,profit

So I edit them this way and it can get through:
internet m@arketing,ML’M,am@zing,fr.ee,opp0rtunity,cre’dit card,m0ney,pr0fit.
